Bug Report Massive Frame Drops after last patch

I stream lots of games and never once had a frame drop until the last patch. Now I have a 95% Frame Drop in Tera.. Nothing else has changed, Same Game Build, Same Computer, Same Net, Only thing that has changed was the patch on OBS..

Here is a log file. Ive uploaded 2 from 2 different Days, 2 different Games. Ive changed servers, Reset my net/PC and within like 2ms of pushing the stream button it shoots up to 90+ frame drop.

We didn't change how the network code functions so this is most definitely a coincidence.
