If you changed nothing in your settings, changed nothing in your computer, the problem usually lies in the network.
- It can be on your local network (never use wireless always hard wired), someone uploading on your network, dog chewed up the cable, bad connector, crappy router/hub/switch, etc.
- The ingest server you send data to sucks
- The public Internet from you to the ingest server sucks

The latter two you can't do anything about. I confirmed this just now, by looking in your log file:
22:49:30.609: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1088 (28.0%)

Again, if all of this was working before and is happening now, its a network problem. You will just have to wait it out.

That makes no sense at all considering there's nothing wrong with my internet at all. I'm hardwired and my cables are fine.

I've checked everything including doing my settings from scratch and it has to be an OBS problem or Windows 10 with the newest 19.0.3 update problem. There is nothing wrong with my internet as I've done multiple speed tests and I'm getting no issues.
