so i have this problem since i used obs classic, and now i still don't know how to fix it even after i changed to obs studio.
Whenever i dc and reconnect or stop streaming and want to stream again i have to restart my pc to be able to stream again, if i don't restart my pc first then the obs will stream with like 90%+ dropped frames,
i don't think my bandwidth is my problem because whenever i restart my pc then obs will be able to stream again with the same bitrate.
can anyone help me?
