Question / Help Massive FRAME DROP in new games

Hello, recently I have been playing new Wolfenstein series, and today I started New Colossus.
But I noticed on the previw window that game is very choppy compared to my gameplay.
I'm having ~100-140 fps while OBS fps counter shows 48-60 jumping constantly and preview window is noticeably less smooth. Rewatched recording from twitch and I can see it get really bad to look at...

Remove display capture sources from any scene where you use game capture.

With using game capture there is the problem, as that game doesn't wanna get capture nor by Window or Game capture... Back screen...

That's log after switching to windows capture as Game capture don't work at all on that game.

Still getting OBS fps drops that are visible not only in gameplay, but even camera is getting choppy, funny thing is, FPS drops even before starting stream.

Not sure if there is anything that can help figure out wtf is happening or why...
Few things I noticed. When cutscenes are playing FPS is stable 60. Only while playing OBS cant keep up and shows 30-59 fps (almost never 60).
And weird enough even tho I can see with my eye choppiness of video, FPS counter showing dropping fps, "frames dropped" counter shows 0 (0%)
