Good day. Since last night, I am unable to stream or even preview CSGO in OBS without massive fps drops. As soon as I open OBS, csgo fps goes from 144 to 30-50 and OBS preview is on 12-60fps. It becomes completely unplayable and this not even when streaming. When I start streaming the problem remains.
I have been streaming for a few months now without issues but since last night I cant stream CSGO anymore. BF4 and PUBG still works fine, its only CSGO. Just by having OBS open while in csgo makes my GPU go to 100% usage, and I haven't changed a thing. All of a sudden OBS uses 53% GPU while open and playing CSGO

1080ti
16gb RAM
All drivers are up to date.
I stream on my CPU on veryfast 720p 60fps for many weeks now without any issues. And now... BOOM no more CSGO streams for you.
Please help.
