Question / Help Massive FPS Drops while streaming

I think I found one problem...with profile baseline I have much more FPS only a few frame drops sometimes...
at least by the game paladins

wow ok, i got stable 60 fps with my teststream

I put Game Mode on, in Paladins Fullscreen not Windowed

and in OBS baseline profile AND screen capute not game or window capture

Obs studio FTL you shouldn't put in zero latency under the encoder section, There is a checkbox in the advanced section for low latency mode in OBS FTL now. Only use that. If your still having issues pop into my beam stream, I use the name steeledpick. I'll get on discord with ya and I'll help you out. I'm usually on about 2pm-8pm est. I use 720@60fps with 4500 bitrate and FTL.

dont see a difference with the option and no zero to zero and not the low latency option

okay, I do not know whats wrong...nothing stable..
I wont stream anymore before OBS becomes a update..

I do not know whats wrong...todays morning all was fine with 60 fps
tonight baah.. simple 30 fps unstable.
