Question / Help Massive FPS drop

About two weeks ago I overclocked my CPU and I believe the chip overheated and i got the blue screen. I then went back into my bios and turned all settings and values back to defaults. Ever since then when I am in preview mode and streaming in OBS Studio it goes from 60fps to about 7-13 fps and my stream is like a slideshow it is so laggy. The game I am playing while streaming is flawless basically 0 fps drop but the stream is just unwatchable unless I play Hearthstone. I have been tweaking many settings in OBS basically everything I can think of and nothing helped. Before the overclocking I never had any problems at all. Another thing to add is that after I overclocked my CPU I also upgraded form windows 8.1 to Windows 10. All help is appreciated.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
GPU: Nvidia gtx 750ti
Memory: 16GB

You got too many game/window capture sources in one scene. You only need one per scene collection.

Also, make sure Game Mode is disabled in Windows settings.

This is an issue, having the exact same problem - and another guy has the same issue.

FPS drops to 15-20 in OBS when games are active
No broadcasting, but if broadcasting the game runs smooth while the stream is laggy (Low FPS)
While streaming, checking the indpector will show that the broadcast is receiving 60 fps (in my case) as it should
This tells me that something is up with OBS
