Update: whenever i open obs, and go into any game in fullscreen mode my fps drop to 30, i think when obs detect my game it automatically throttles my fps to 30, and my game has vsync on. (minecraft)

demo from breakpoint 2010.

By the way, I checked this, just now. And I can say that something goes wrong since v0.15.4 (for win7x32 at least) because v0.15.2 shows to me:

Shared-texture OpenGL capture available
gl shared texture capture successful

and v0.15.4:

Shared-texture OpenGL capture available
gl memory capture successful

For the same application (for d3d9 as well). This is very important difference (in both cases Multi-adapter Compatibility option was uncheked). I need further checks and I'll be back soon.

Edit: resolved, see below.

OK. It's nothing. I simply forgot to switch renderer back to the Direct3D 11 (Studio restart required).

i tried both video renders (OpenGL and Direct3D 11) and i still get 30 fps, guess it has to do with windows 7, cause my cousin had the same problem, and once he upgraded to windows 10 the problem was gone.

From the log - HD Graphics 4600 too slow on frame download time in your PC. Why?
i have no idea, i updated my drivers to the latest version, and now the fps is throttles at 40-50 fps.
i think obs have a problem with intel hd 4600

Maybe memory are slow? Productivity of the integrated graphic depends a lot on system memory and bus usage.

so i was reading about the "gl_shtex_init_gl_tex: failed to open device" error, and apparently it's a hardware error, so i guess my hd 4600 is causing the problem

Update: I updated my OBS to 17.0.0 and the problem still happens, in minecraft my FPS dropped from 350 to 70 (v-sync off) and 60 (v-sync on) for a couple of seconds then dropped to 40-50.
When the FPS was 70 (v-sync off) and 60 (v-sync on) the game was choppy and stuttery.
