Hi I like to stream league of legends, when I play normally with no streaming, I don't lag and I get 130 FPS. When I stream on OBS my FPS drops to 40 and its hard to play. Any idea on what the cause can be? I have a decent PC so I doubt its my pc.
Make sure you capture the game with the gamecapture option and not the screencapture. also watch your cpu usage. if the usage is too high maybe you have to reduce your stream settings.(presets, resolution, fps). also you should post a logfile.
