Question / Help Massive drops in Bitrate resulting in dropped frames.

Hey guys, recently I've been experiencing a problem with streaming. My bitrate will drop to between 300 and 0 Kbps. It happens with different streaming softwares AND services, so the problem originates from my internet. I have a LAN connection to my router and 2-3 mb/s upload speed. I am the only using this router. If anyone knows how to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Another thing: the audio does not lag at all, only the video frames seem to freeze up.

I can't seem to replicate the problem now and since I reinstalled OBS, I have no logs. When the issue shows up again I will post the log.
