Not sure what is going on. I used config that was made by OBS, but there is even more drop frames. I was trying different config, but in the end i got massive pixels, or massive drop frames. CPU usage going to 100%

I was using 32bit version of OBS when got 64bit system, it might be a problem of this?

Make sure to create a separate profile dedicated to local recordings and delete the CRF custom setting from your current profile. The log that you posted is missing a lot of information.. I suggest you do another 5 min stream test with the setting that the estimator generate https://obsproject.com/estimator then post your complete log file if you're still encountering issues.

log looks fine ... but since you dont use monitor capture you could actually enable aero and see if that changes anything

This whole thing is kinda wired.

For example, some people see those drop frames, when others dont see them. Not sure where is this whole problem.

what can i say ...

10:39:37: Number of bytes sent: 133172299

no dropped frames also you got some duplicated frames but its okay since its still quite low and you have no late frames...

the only thing you got going is the fact that you disabled aero and you are not using monitor capture so theres no real reason for it to be disabled

game capture performance doesnt really change it performs equal with aero enabled or disabled but your drivers could have a weird problem with it but as i said log looks fine and your cpu shouldnt have a problem with 720p30 depening on the game you try to stream obviously

side note your first log also shows no dropped frames

For example, some people see those drop frames, when others dont see them. Not sure where is this whole problem.

This means some of your viewers can't download at 3mbps+ from twitch.. Downscale to 616p Lower your bitrate to 2000 kbps and change the CPU preset back to veryfast.

but then the pixels start showing, anyway this seems logic, so problem is not from my point.

Guild wars 2 is a game that should require quite a lot of bitrate to look good at 720p.. You might wanna downscale to 540p and increase the CPU preset to faster to minimize the quality hit.
