Hey all!!
I have a problem lately with dropped frames.
I use the latest OBS, windows 10, CPU: Q6700, GPU: GTX660
I Update the network drivers and reset network settings.

The problem:
NVENC enoder at 3000 Kbps
canvas 1920x1080 downscale to 1280x720 at 30fps

I try not to downscale:
NVENC enoder at 3500 Kbps
canvas 1920x1080 downscale NO at 30fps

that improve the time to render frame but only that...

I still have drop network frames!

My internet connection is ok! 100/10 vdsl. Router to PC with 1Gbps ethernet cable

What i can do? some months ago i havent any problem

You need a more through test of upstream bandwidth. the one you are showing, and most speedtests are point-in-time and highly optimistic. You need to know sustained bandwidth over time. And is anything else on your local LAN possibly consuming bandwidth? including neighbor using your WiFi?
