Managing a YouTube Live Event

Is there a possibility that we could have the ability to create, start, end, delete, etc a live event for YouTube live?

I recently went through their API and found out that it is possible. It would make it so much easier on people if we didn't have to create the event on the website then start the event then start streaming with OBS.

Also it would be cool/nice to see if you can pull the chat form a Live event so that the streamer can talk to the viewers without having to have the live event manger, obs, and the stream page open all at the same time.

This may be an option when we get around to per-service plugins, but as of right now the youtube platform isn't a very good option for ad-hoc streaming.

It isn't, at all, but I "have to" use it unless I get an email back saying otherwise, which I am still waiting on that email from Machinima.
