Manage Youtube Broadcast Without Console Interaction

Maybe not specifically Windows related, but I'm using OBS on Windows.

My goal is to be able to manage Youtube broadcast settings without console interaction. This is to allow for broadcasting meetings to Youtube and allow that broadcast to be managed by users who are not tech saavy. I'll be using Touch Portal to allow users to do very basic things (scene selection, scene transition, start / stop broadcast / recording).

Managing broadcast settings doesn't appear to be possible via Websocket. Is there any other way to do this without console interaction?

Thanks,

Scott
