Question / Help Make something play every X amount of seconds

I'm currently using the Video Source Plugin to play some transparent video/animations I've made. Is there any way I can make the said videos play every 45 seconds or so?

Add a 45 sec pause with a solid color to the video and use a color key. The video will play continuously, but it wont be visible when a solid color is being used and filtered out.
