Question / Help Make OBS use my second core only?

Hey, I want to record Lunatic Rave 2, but if I record with or without multithread support I lag a lot. The game is hard to play below 60 fps. LR2 is pretty much a really horrible Beatmania simulator, and along with the terrible memory leaks and random crashes from alt tabbing, it also maxes out the first core of your CPU no matter how good or bad it is.
