Make it easier to have game audio only

Ive recently wanted to just record my mic and a certain games audio, and not my entire desktop audio. Is it not common sense to not put a tool to help us choose what audio to record and which not to record???? Please add a tool that works like this instead of relying on the communities work to cover your butt for something that you SHOULD have in there in the first place. (aka: VAC's).

When a tool like VAC already exists, it's hard to find the development time to develop exactly the same functionality. We recommend VAC because it does its job well. Keep in mind OBS is developed and maintained by volunteers, and there's only one core developer, so he has to be very selective about which features he works on.

If Windows ever adds a better way to separate out audio per application, making it easy to use that capability in OBS would likely be something to research. At this time, it's complicated and not worth it, unfortunately.
