make it easier for newbies

Hello. I like obs, but...I'll admit, when somebody first starts it up, it is honestly confusing as to what is going on, and what they should do next. Is there any way to, for instance, show some extra instructions when at first time use for "the rest of us" to know what to do next?

So a wizard... I don't think something like this would be too hard to do and it's not a bad idea.
