Make a new forum TAB

Hello there! I just have small suggestion to help organize the forum.
There's currently a 'plugin' forum but most of the tools and 'extras' are in the Guide section.

This way it's easier and logic for people who want to search "extra" stuff to add on OBS, like scripts or THIS.
Also It doesn't make sense things like this being on 'guides' tab.

:arrow: TL;DR : Rename the plugins section to 'Plugins and tools' or something like that or create a new section for 'tools and extras'

Not a terrible idea...though a "plugin" is something very specific when talking about OBS, and nothing in that forum is actually a plugin. In fact, when most people come looking for a "Plugin" they're looking for something very different. The Plugin forum is specifically for Plugin development.

Again, though, it's not a bad idea. Maybe we could figure something out, because you're right that the Guides section links to some good tools.
