I just recently downloaded OBS, as I've been wanting to start streaming CS:GO. I followed some instruction videos on how to set up a decent stream but every time I start streaming, my FPS in game drops dramatically. I'm wondering if my PC/internet can handle it as it is.

Specs:
Graphics - AMD Radeon 7800 Series
Processor - AMD A10 - 5800K APU with Radeon HD Graphics(4 CPU's) 3.8GHz
RAM - 4MB

First, you forgot to post a link to your logfile from OBS help menu. make sure this is a log where you streamed for at least 5 minutes. Second, remove all CS:GO launch options as they are probably causing issues with your CPU.

lastly, you might consider using OBS MP build and use VCE (AMD hardware encoder) instead of x264 (CPU software encoder). if you dont want to use OBS MP then try the older OBS VCE fork which can be found below as well.
