Main monitor turn off 2seconds

Hello, I'm looking for some help, everything works well on my obs, but sometimes, when I play a game live, my main monitor turns off and back on after 2-3 sec (obs is on my second monitor), only if i'm on fullscreen or borderless, if i'm windowed, no problem at all.
On OBS side, there is no problem with the capture, everything works, the game is still captured normally, viewers can see, but I can't (on my main monitor)
It does not happen all the time, even on the same game
It seems to happen randomly, sometimes every 2 minutes, sometimes after 30+ minutes

Sounds to me like a bad connection, either in the cord or in the GPU or the monitor.

I suspect the actual disconnection is much shorter than what you see - just enough for the monitor to lose one of the sync signals - and it takes that long for the monitor to be sure that it has a good signal again.

If nothing is moving so as to wiggle that cord, it could still be a thermal-expansion problem, that messes with a bad connection.
