Main GPU AMD RX6800TX and a Intel Arc A380 as Hardware QuickSync AV1 Encoder - works but with a problem

I'm new and not familiar with OBS
Just out of curiosity I bought an Arc A380 to hardware encode AV1
The (main) game i run is Rust a survival/shooter game.

Now the Problem:
I have to disable the Intel graphics card, start the game, re-enable the Arc in devise manager and start OBS (29beta2) to use Intels QuickSync AV1 hardware encoder.

-> Works just fine with minimum FPS drops. Intel overlay shows media activity (encoder) and some render activity, results are fine (or probably top notch).

If i start the game with the Arc GPU and AMD GPU activated the game has huge FPS drops and the render activity of the Arc is 100% utilized (in the game menu).

It will probably be a driver/software/windows problem and i can count myself lucky to have come this far ;)
or at least a configuration problem?! so does anyone have any tips or automated workarounds?

Note:
-Intel 101.3975 driver QS AV1 works, with the new WHQL 101.4032 driver QS AV1 seems broke, QS H.264 works
-my X570 has sometimes some issue to boot with both GPUs active. RX runs at PCIE 16x, Arc PCIE 4x
-just for fun i don't need a working streaming setup ;) CPU AMD X5800, RAM 32 GB
-DXGI doesn't work, which is not to be expected with two GPUs after my little research

update; i found DevManView, a small program that allows desktop shortcuts to enable/disable specific devices

I have been testing the Arc A380 as a dedicated streaming/encoding card for a couple of months now. I am curious about your setup. I have it in a test rig with a 5800X on an MSI tomahawk B550 MB. With 32 Gb of DDR4 @ 3600MHz and a Power Color Red Devil Ultimate RX 6900 XT as the main GPU. I have had varying success with different platforms. I have not, however, had the issues you describe. I've had issues, just not those in particular so I am curious about our platform differences. What particular X570 are you using and which AMD GPU are you using as your main? EDIT: Derp, I saw you have a 6800 XT in title.

@Munky101 Are you using 29.0.2 or an older version/ Beta? I've got a A380 with a 6750xt and only have a QuickSync h.264 encoder option in my drop down, no Quicksync Av1. Seen some threads that said that 29.0.2 lost that encoder. Outside of that my setup has been great with no issues. The guy you responded to was back in December 22 hope he fix his issue since then. lol

did you pluged a DP from a second monitor in the arc GPU ? or only your Main Gpu ?
