Question / Help Magewell USB Capture HDMI Gen 2

Hi

I have a Magewell Gen 2 USB HDMI capture device and we are having a problem with either choppy playback or it freezes all together. Unfortunately I haven't got a LOG file for this. Is there any thing I should check. The only change since my last test all be it using a Epiphan AV.io HD is a couple of windows updates. I am wondering if I should roll back to a clean install for now.

If you've tested it in OBS, you've got a log file. Upload current or upload last (depending on if you've restarted OBS since your last attempt)

May be a driver issue.

Have you tried in a new scene collection with a single scene and just the card, making sure that NO other software is using it?

Yep tried that, I even ran the card into Roland capture software and it was smooth as anything. Now I have checked and can't find a driver for the Magewell.
