It works perfectly fine in Magewells capture express and studio capture but in the latest OBS studio I get these crazy colours and lines?

Thanks for the help guys, needed to use custom OBS settings to get the colour in and manually type in the resolution.
I've been having this other issue with this card though, in Magewells Capture Express its a clean capture, however in OBS Studio I get stuttering with this card, no matter what colours or FPS it's set to.
It's set to 1080, 59.94fps, YUY2 (tried some of the others).
Been using this thing for months now, streaming to Beam.pro, but I just haven't managed to nail the stutter, reformat - new install of windows, different hardware, different sources (PS4, Xbox One S, Wii u), fresh install of OBS, firmware updates, driver updates, just everything I could think of but the stutter is still there, it can be worse or better depending on the setting.
PC spec is 5820k, GTX 1080, 16GB ram, X99 build. It's a fine system that I keep clean.
I'm thinking it's an OBS Studio specific issue but how can I know?

There is some math: Audio Clipping caused by Webcam? Maybe you have low bandwidth of the PCIe line (some other devices shares bandwidth, or by motherboard design, or so). Try 1280x720, if stutters gone, then you have not enough bandwidth (or CPU is weak) for the performed task. If not - check fps settings (input; obs source; obs encoding), check OBS Studio log for lags (if any). Make the checks for local recording first then try streaming.
