Question / Help Macro Bug with Razer Blackwidow Ultimate

Hey guys, I just bought a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2012 and i made some macros for change scene, like:

scene 1 - alt + numpad 1
scene 2 - alt + numpad 2

and I changed the macro in Razer synapse, these keys are: M1, M2.
M1 - Alt + numpad 1
M2 - alt + numpad 2

P.S: M1 and M2 its the keys' name.

but, when I press those buttons, nothing happens. But, i press alt + numpad 1 and the screen change to the scene 1.
My macro is working fine, my keyboard too, my drivers too, because it works on every game. Just like now: ☻♥♦

Then, what I can be? I always use OBS 32bits cuz of CLRBrowser, and I tryed it on 64bits and still the same... what I should do? This happens with you?

P.S: My OBS its updated.

Unfortunately I don't quite know. Perhaps the macros function differently and can't be used as hotkeys, not entirely sure. Keyboard/mouse macro assignment tend to have that sort of thing happen

Weird, cuz my friend has the same keyboard and its working fine. My PC its updated, I don't know if its a "problem" with OBS or with me and my pc. But thanks for the answer.

Unfortunately the Razer software most likely sends multi-key fake input with no "hold" time, so OBS will be unable to detect combinations.

I understand that this is very old and you may have a solution by now, but if you a go into the synapse program and add a default delay under the macros tap, it will work.Sorry for responding to an old post, but it may help other who come here in the future.
