May just be my experience but..That has been the case for me since the last MAC OS update a while back. I open stream deck software and uninstall OBS plug in and reinstall from online every time I want to use OBS and stream deck. Just takes a sec. but annoying for sure.

I can't even install. OBS-Studio folder just has a plugin folder and I get: "Failed to create directory/user/name/Library/ApplicationSupport/obs-studio/basic - any workaround?

Yeah... I'm dropping 1/2 of the frames allegedly. but on restream it seems fine???.... super confused... lot's of issues... hopefully OBS will get it all sorted within the week..

Anyone else found that upgrading to MacOS 26 (Tahoe) means the OBS plugin stops working? ("Waiting for OBS...")
Yeah....I'm tired of the updates....Stream deck is now gone...plus, much easier to just reset Mac and run OBS stripped down...also, turn off Mac updates with the exception of security updates....3rd party software can't or will not keep up with Apple changes.

Yeah, not taking that route.

I keep my machine updated and this has been the only slight issue in a long long time.

Wayhay’s work-around solution is good enough for me at the moment.

I don't know if it can be useful but I'll share my experience, I'll start by saying that I haven't updated to Tahoe yet but I had problems with the new version 7.0.0 of Streamdeck, basically this version doesn't connect to OBS, I solved it by downloading the previous version 6.9.1, now everything works as before, I have an M1 Obs 31.1.2 with streamdeck 6.9.1 and Sequoia 15.7
