Mac Mini M1 with AverMedia Live Gamer Mini -- worked on iMac

Both Zoom and Quicktime recognize the feed from my AverMedia capture device (Live Gamer Mini), but not OBS 26.1.2. Removed any .json files. Removed all previous source set-ups carried over from the prior OBS version, and tried the auto configuration. Nothing seems to be working. I know I'm missing something. Audio works fine through my Yeti. Mac Mini M1 running Big Sur 11.1. Everything worked fine on my prior iMac running High Sierra (I know... ancient. Hence, the new hardware)

Just completely uninstalled OBS and installed a fresh version, thinking a bug had been carried over from the iMac install that 26.1.2 had not overwritten. NOPE... still not recognizing my Avermedia Live Gamer Mini (note: it DID recognize it when installed on my prior iMac). Also, Quicktime and Zoom have no issue with recognition... but my CamTwist won't read the video converter either (it did on the iMac), so I'm thinking it's a Big Sur thing.

Nevermind. The Mac Mini doesn't have a built in camera, so I had to go the System Preferences ---> Privacy ----> Accessibility and select OBS. Bunch of geniuses over here. Found the answer in a Mojave question posted in 2018.
