Mac Big Sur 11.2.3 cant record/stream windows or screen

Trying to stream an window.
As I try to add a windows I only see
- Dock Desktop Picture ....
- Dock Item-0
- Window Server Menubar
- .....
However the window i intend to stream doesnt show up in the list of available windows

Is this a problem wit big sur or am i missing a plugin??
