Question / Help Mac audio lags behind video

The title should say audio behind video. I have just begun streaming. I use a Mac, and needed to install software so that OBS would be able to capture both my mic and game audio correctly. I use IShowU Audio Capture to do so. I am noticing that my game audio is slightly behind the video. Using the mixer in OBS doesn't work, because that is adding more distance between the audio and video if I add in 1400 MS. I tried using -1400 MS but that cancels the audio altogether. Any ideas?

I will say this.....the READ THIS FIRST pinned post about known MAC issues needs to be updated. It's dated from 2014 and recommends SOUNDFLOWER....however that downloadable software is outdated an no longer has developer support.
