Hi there, after finding the below post and following the suggestions, I am still unable to see Zoom via window capture

Has anyone had this issue - should I delete everything again? I'm due to start streams on May 1st and had everything in place but this, and am in a slight panic.
I'm using a MacBook Pro - OS X EL Capitan v.10.11.16 -have checked my updates.
I'm not a tech whizz so please explain any suggestions in lamens terms.
