M-Audio USB source keeps stopping

I have two USB audio inputs
- Focusrite 2i2
- M-Audio

Both have their own drivers and are selectable as device audio inputs on OBS.

Each are used in separate OBS streaming profiles.
The M-Audio input audio keeps on stopping randomly - sometimes after a few days and and other times after a few hours.
The M-Audio audio input is still selectable but it shows no audio signal.
The only way to restart it is to physically unplug and reconnect the USB-C cable on the device.
Have tried using different USB slots on PC with no change.

Any ideas?
 
Have you tried using it with other programs? Could be an issue in M-Audio driver/device itself.
