Question / Help Lowest settings for recording videos on a bad PC?

I would like to record videos for games like Minecraft, Terraria, TF2, L4D2 etc., but my computer is a toaster and I don't have money to get a new one. I was wondering what are the lowest settings I can use that is still 720p, if there are any, without the video lagging? Here are my PC specs:

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz
2GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro 32-bit
ATI FireGL v3400

Actually, toasters can be pretty powerful nowadays (mini-itx i7 4790k rigs)

Yours, well, yours is old enough that it probably couldn't even do 480p, and that FireGL card is below minimum spec for any version of OBS.

Well that sucks. I guess I'll stick with Expression Encoder 4 Screen Capture until I get a better PC then.
