Lowest settings for OBS studio for low end pc

HI so I have a low end pc and i would like to STREAM my gameplay of shooter . What is the best settings of OBS to have good enough picture without lagging or freezing. There is my pc characteristics-

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300HF CPU @ 2.40GHz
Installed RAM 16.00 GB
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
System type 64-bit operating system

now way to accurately answer that question as we don't know what else is going on at Operating System level, OS Hygiene, etc.
