I downloaded the new update and now our lower third no longer works. i can see the lower third but it is not working. How do I fix this problem. Please help
Log file please. Look under Help menu. But first do a test stream/recording of at least 30 seconds doing all you normally do. Then upload the log and copy the link in here. You can also use the analyzer to start troubleshooting yourself while someone looks into it.
