Low Volume on Sound Effects

I need help! I currently use OBS, VoiceMod, and VSDinside Soundboard. My sound effects volume was great streaming on YouTube but then at the end of the school year. At the start of the school year, I connected everything but now my sound effects are low in volume even though my VoiceMod volume is all the way up. I can't seem to figure it out. Any insight to the pros out there?
