Low streaming/recording quality on high settings

Hi there, here is the problem, im using kind of high settings in obs, but no matter what, in dynamic situations i will have extreme low streaming quality. No encoder overload, no dropped frames, everything is stable including bitrate. I've seen people streaming FPS games with no issues with 6k bitrate, there is no blurry crap or whatever it's called.

anyways, seems like i found, i guess, best possible obs settings for 6k bitrate for dynamic games, i cant say it's best of the best of the best settings, but atleast, it's better comapared to what was before
