Question / Help Low Stream FPS, High Ingame, Sudden change?

For some reason now, when I'm playing games my stream just can't hold 60fps for the past week. I reinstalled my OS not to long ago, and everything was good, my stream and game were both doing fine, but once again after a while, my stream just keeps dipping from 44 to 56 fps instead of 60fps solid, nothings changed at all about my computer what would cause this? my games are all doing fine in frames, Just OBS is messed

I don't see any encoded frames in that log file. Test it with 5 minutes of high action content, post up the log from that stream and the link to the VOD.

This is the vod, it just dips under 60fps quite frequently There was an internet spike in there aswell but thats unrelated

I assume you have the OBS window open on one of the other two Monitors. Try disabling the Screen Preview.
