Most likely this is a playback issue, VLC in particular is known to use poor dynamic range. Make sure full RGB range is specified in your video driver options.

I'm going to be honest I have no idea what you talking about. I just downloaded OBS a few days ago. Can you explain this to me like I have never touched the program. I don't know what VLC and RGB are. How do I change what i'm suppose to change?
