I got this response and no one responded after I responded back.

"Most likely this is a playback issue, VLC in particular is known to use poor dynamic range. Make sure full RGB range is specified in your video driver options."

I Was hoping someone could explain it to me because I have no idea what VLC and RGB are. I just downloaded OBS a few days ago. Can someone just tell me what to change in my settings to up saturation?

How can I accurately explain the answer your question without knowing what the original question was?

VLC is a google search away, Video LAN Client I believe. its just a universal (well put together) video player with a lot of compatability.

Full range is basically 24bit color, partial range is 16bit and will look washed out little. sadly, streaming services like twitch TV use partial range I believe due to the flash player. I dont know if they support full range with HTML5 player yet which would be the same situation for Youtube.

Anyway, the option you are looking for is "use full range" for OBS. which might not work in every place you are trying to use your video.

If all of this is going over your head maybe you need to do some more research instead of asking a question here. I could explain it but it is basically what it sound like. limited range is a simple way to say 16 bit color (aka 6bpp) full range is what we call 24 bit color (aka 8bpp) and 32 bit color 10bbp) is the new one that AMD will be pushing next year.
bpp is bits per pixel I believe.

it defines how many bits of color are defined in each pixel. ever heard of 8bit games like pacman? they use 8 bits total to define color aka 3bpp

NOTE, this above might not be completely accurate but it is what my understanding of full color vs limited color.
