Im gonna be completely honest I have no idea of what im doing, I'm looking at recording 1080p but I've tried everything but I just get the same result. Crappy Quality any help is greatly appreciated

Change your output resolution in settings - output to match your base resolution

It cleaned up the quality but now it lagging?
