Tools, auto config, don't change anything, close and restart OBS.
If still having issues, post a log.
after your suggesions there is a difference in stream quality but still with 10k bitrate i dont know its good.1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (29.1.3) which is not supported. Please update to version 31.0.1 or newer by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene (scenes Game and recording).
4. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but it looks like you're having issues capturing FiveM so do it.
5. The log contains an Auto-Config Wizard run. Results of this analysis are therefore inaccurate. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:
1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your stream for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
