Question / Help Low Quality settings, but still getting latency issues

As the title says, because I don't have a great upload speed, I adjusted my bitrate and stream quality to accommodate.
Before the 0.522b release, I was able to stream with these settings with no problem, but I've been running into latency problems afterwards.
My upload speed:
2QONg

Is there anything I can tweak in the settings to try to fix this?
Thanks!
edit: i made sure there wasn't any other uploads going on during this as well

Try setting your framerate to 20 ( for a better quality)
And activate the custom buffer and set it to 25. This will make the CBR option more strict.
Now set your bitrate to 450(maybe 400) and your Audio bitrate to 64 (maybe 80).
450 + 64 = 514kb
692 - 514 = 178kb -> 178 / 8 = 22,5 kB/s for your Online Games should be hopefully enough so you have no latency problems.
Report back :)

Simply too high bitrate streaming for your connection. 550Kbps + 96Kbps = 646 Kbps. 500Kbps video + 96Kbps audio = 596 Kbps (roughly 600Kbps) so you have less than 100Kbps for games (and possibly communicating with your friends) which causes the lag.

Try what Jack0r said. I'd also uncheck the CFR.
