I use AJA U-Tap HDMI & OBS Studio. I am testing 2 laptops for live streaming to Facebook Live. One is a netbook, Celeron, 1.1 GHz, 2 GB Ram, Win 10 64 Bit Home, 3.1 USB. The other is an i5, 2.6 GHz, 8 GB Ram, Win 10 64 bit Pro, 3.0 USB. When I use OBS's Auto Configuration Wizard, the netbook gives me a higher definition video stream. Can anyone explain why?
