Is this a laptop you're using? If so you're incredibly limited in GPU upgrades if at all. Best solutions is to reduce video settings and capping the FPS in-game. The R7 series will struggle to record in 1080p60 so lower the FPS to 30 as well. Resolution only has a small impact on rendering lags/stalls.
