Bug Report Low OBS frame rate when running a GPU intensive game

I'm having this issue since I moved to Windows 10, I had not this issue when I was on Windows 7

This performance issue happen only when my GPU usage reach 99-100%, the OBS program start to lose in frame rate.

And for some reason, the frame rate get back to normal when I lose focus of the game window.

This performance issue affect the OBS program overall, which is even affect when not recording.

Someone replied me in the Windows 10 Creator Update PSA that I had to disable the fullscreen optimization but this doesn't make any improvement.

Untick variable framerate in Killing Floor 2 to cap it and reduce some of the settings. Local Reflections is very demanding for this game. Check my signature for more information on reducing GPU usage.
