Question / Help Low OBS FPS, Game fine

Loaded up OBS recently and had the scene error so had to delete my scene file and start again, setting disappeared as well at the same time i moved over to 1440p with G-Sync. I set everything up the way I thought it was before but I am getting major drop in frames on obs yet my game is still in the 90's (R6 Siege) Any ideas? OBS told me to drop my cpu usage so I moved from medium right down to very fast and it still happens.

Don't run your webcam at 1080. Set it to 720 or lower.

Thanks. Changed a few settings, mainly dropping the fps to 30 and the FPS is staying where it should.
