Question / Help Low Frames Without Streaming.

So I launch OBS and CSGO is open at the same time, and instantly my framerate drops from a stable 200 to 90. Why is this? If anyone could find a solution that'd be much appreciated. I've tried changing my OBS settings plenty and it doesn't seem to fix a thing.

OBS renders the scene including scaling etc. via GPU.
Depending on your filters, scaling, OBS scene resolutions and frame rate, this can cause way more than 10% GPU load.
This is done, as soon, as OBS is open. Also browser sources/webcam etc. can cause high CPU load and they also run, when you are not recording/streaming.

Please post your full log from your last stream if you would be so kind.
Could be a couple things causing it, but a log file would give us a much better idea.

Can you help me?
Here you go:
Due to changes to the Direct3D 9 files in the most recent Windows 10 April Creator's Update, OBS' Game Capture functions may suffer reduced performance. If you run into issues using Game Capture after the update, please follow these steps:
1) Download the updated files here: https://obsproject.com/temp/get-graphics-offsets-win10-1803-signed.zip
2) Close OBS if it is currently running
3) Unzip the files to C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-capture, replacing the existing files
4) Re-launch OBS
