Question / Help Low frames in game

Hi guys

I'm having a really irritating problem when I stream LoL. My frames drop to about 30 and jump between that and 48 when there is no action. This is confusing because my computer is more the capable of running this on stream. Here are my specs:

i7 4770k
GTX 780 superclocked
8 gig ram

I have tried changing bitrate/downscaling resolution/CPU preset and can't seem to figure this out. The weirdest part of this is my boyfriend has the identical computer specs and the same league settings and his runs perfect on stream. Anyone have some advice? Really appreciate any help, thanks!

So in Windows 7 monitor capture is really garbage (in Windows 8 it's great), and that is why you are having frame rate problems. If you really still want to use it please disable aero and it will be better. I understand that you want to capture your whole monitor since the launcher is separate from the game itself, but your performance won't be at max.

Ideally you want to set up 2 scenes using window capture. One for the launcher, and one for the game using borderless window mode in game. When using window capture or even game capture, it is fine to leave aero enabled. Only when using monitor capture should you disable aero. Hope that helps.
