Question / Help Low Frame Rate 10-17 When Streaming any other game but Isaac.

I need some help on how to improve my stream so i can start streaming other games to. my Frame rate is always 7-17 frames when playing other games. I can get 60 frames when I play the binding of isaac rebirth. Plus when playing other games my RAM and CPU Usage is no where near being filled up.

Neither your CPU nor your GPU are suitable for streaming video. Also, you need wired for streaming, not wireless. You need to upgrade everything, essentially.
