Question / Help Low fps

I am having some trouble with fps on stream. In-game it is ok, but on stream it is very bad. I can't seem to figure out why.

Its a terrible idea to try to send 2560x1440p60 video to Twitch. Twitch doesn't want to receive video at more than 3500kbps, and that isn't enough for 1080p let alone 1440p. Set a 2x downscale and make sure you don't send more than 3500kbps as your bitrate.
